This project consists of group buildings sitting on 2 Lakefront Blocks of South Lake Union known as Block 25 East, Block 25 West & Block 31. The Google project was six levels of high-tech office space – which at approximately 607,000 sqft., 14,000 square feet of retail at ground level and residential towers that sit atop two of the buildings.
• A 14-story building with office, retail and apartments, including six stories of office and 80 apartments.
• A 16-story building with 218 apartment units and one six-story office building with retail and restaurant space.
